How do I get started?


Yes, I offer a brief consultation so you can get a sense of my style, ask questions, and share what you’re hoping to work on. There is no pressure to commit; you’re welcome to take your time deciding what feels right.

Do you offer a free consultation?


I ask that my clients give me at least 24 hours notice when cancelling appts for non-emergencies. The cancellation fee (the full session rate agreed upon) applies when there has been no notice and rescheduling for the same week is unavailable.

How often will we meet?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and safety. Over time, we often shift to biweekly as you feel more resourced and steady. This time frame also works well with individuals focusing on EMDR because it allows for more time to integrate the previous session. Based on your treatment goals, we’ll decide together what frequency makes the most sense for you.
